The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Thursday, May 2, reveal that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will refuse to walk away from Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) when she needs him most.
Although Nikki will keep shouting for Jack to go away and leave her alone, he’ll stay put until she finally relents. Nikki will step away from the door of her suite, so Jack will see that the place looks like a total pigsty.
Once Jack realizes Nikki trashed the place in her drunken state, he’ll push her to talk to him about how she’s feeling. Jack will want help Nikki with her latest sobriety struggles, but Nikki will be feeling pretty hopeless.
It seems likely Jack will want to call Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and take her home, but Nikki may decide she’s not ready to face all that – especially after having such an awful dream about her family raging at her.
If Nikki is determined to stay put, Jack may end up spending the night babysitting Nikki in her room at the GCAC. Of course, Jack could get in big trouble with Victor if he doesn’t give him updates on his wife’s whereabouts fast enough.
Victor will get some disturbing news eventually, so that could involve Nikki’s latest crisis, Jack’s potential all-nighter with her or both.
Whatever the case, Jack will put Nikki first and do his best to get her back on stable ground. Y&R spoilers say Jack’s extreme Nikki rescue will make some waves, so that could involve riling up Diane Jenkins-Abbott (Susan Walters) as well.
There’s a limit to how patient Diane can be when it comes to Jack and Nikki. If Nikki were to do something like drunkenly kiss Jack, that could really push Diane over the edge!
Regardless, even just staying in Nikki’s suite all night could cross a line as far as Diane’s concerned. Will Diane wind up confronting Jack in the aftermath and insisting the madness has to stop?
