General Hospital Star Haley Pullos Gets 90 Days In Jail For Her 2023 DUI Car Crash

Haley Pullos popularly known for her role as Molly on General Hospital has been sentenced to a three month jail following her 2023 DUI car crash. Viewers may remember that last year Haley was arrested for a wrong-way hit and run car crash.

The accident had resulted in the other driver suffering bodily injury, along with damage to his vehicle. The General Hospital star had first pled not guilty to the charges. However, through the year long legal tussle, she changed her plea to no-contest.”

Haley also spent some time at a rehab facility for sobriety. The General Hospital former was arrested on April 29, 2024 after her sentencing, which comes exactly one year from the accident, which happened on April 29, 2023. At the time, police had recovered mini bottles of tequila from her car, and she was found to be intoxicated.

Haley’s attorney, Mark Daniel Melnick, revealed that the General Hospital actress struck a plea deal for the case. After her 90 day stint in jail she will be sentenced on July 29, 2024. In that upcoming sentencing, she will be required to serve a five year probation, 200 hours of community service.

Furthermore, she will also have to pay $8,260 in restitution to the other driver -Courteney Wilder. Haley also stands to lose her driver’s license for one year. Her attorney told the media that “Haley is very grateful to the court for a minimum sentence and for recognizing her remorse and the strides she has made in her sobriety.”

The news has sent shockwaves through the Daytime industry. Haley’s General Hospital co-star and TV mom, Nancy Lee Grahn took to her official X account to weigh in on the sentencing. She shared that she understands what a huge mistake Haley has made.

However, Nancy believes that Haley knows and understands what she has done. And she is doing everything imaginable to take responsibility of her actions. “It’s not that I oppose jail. It’s that I oppose this jail,” she concluded. The jail in question being LA County Jail.
